Leadership, Education and Awareness for Disabilities (L.E.A.D.)
The purpose of Leadership Education and Awareness for Disabilities shall be to help individuals with disabilities and increase disability awareness on campus and in the community. LEAD encourages socializing, teamwork, participation in campus events and education.

FEBRUARY, 2012 - WHEELING THE WAY
Pauline Brennan let the "Discussion on Wheels," where participants shared their experiences.

Each of the above students, faculty, staff and administrators, including President of Molloy College, Drew Bogner, participated in Wheeling the Way, using a wheelchair to get around campus.
OCTOBER, 2011 - AUTISM WALK
L.E.A.D. joined with other clubs at Molloy College to help raise more than $7500.00 for Autism Speaks.
