Student Accident And Insurance Plan

Summary of Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan

  • All full-time undergraduate students are automatically billed for this insurance
  • Part-time students can enroll in the plan on their own
  • All information for the school insurance is online at the Allen J. Flood Companies website
  • Read the brochure for complete information. This is your insurance and you must know how to use it

Accessing the Student Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan

  • Go to the Allen J. Flood Companies website
  • On the main page, go to the third column: "Tools for Students, Participants & Policyholders"
  • Click on the link "College and University Students"
  • On this page, go to "Select" and select "Molloy College". After selecting Molloy College, the page will have several bullets to choose from.

Claim Forms

  • Print a claim form from the insurance company website
  • Bring the claim form with you to your physician at the time of your visit

Enrollment: Part-time students taking and maintaining 6 credits can enroll in the insurance plan by:

Enrolling online, payable with a credit card OR print out the enrollment form, complete and mail it with payment to the insurance company. See the "Waiver and Enrollment Instructions" page on the insurance company website, Allen J. Flood Companies

ID Cards (identification / insurance cards)

  • ID cards may be printed from the insurance company website, Allen J. Flood Companies
  • Student health services also has ID cards available in our office, Kellenberg Hall Room 310

Insurance Waiver

  • The deadline to waive the insurance for the fall semester is October 1
  • The deadline to waive the insurance for the spring semester is February 1

Waivers are only accepted via the internet

Athletes can now waive the student accident and sickness insurance plan

All full-time undergraduate students are automatically billed for the student accident and sickness insurance plan. All other students are considered part-time and can enroll in the plan on their own, as detailed above. All information regarding the student accident and sickness insurance plan is available online.
