Dining Services

With 40 years of experience in university food service, Lackmann Culinary Services of Woodbury, New York provides quality foods, a variety of options, and the convenience of a-la-carte to help make your campus dining experience enjoyable. On campus, the Molloy community has three dining options: the Mane Street/Quick Byte Café, the Public Square Coffee Bar and the Anselma Room. All three venues are perfect for a meal and some mingling.

Anselma Room

If you want to "have it your way," a made-to-order, full-service deli station, fresh, homemade soups and a full beverage station to quench your thirst await you in the Anselma Room. Located in Kellenberg Hall, Anselma offers you a complete menu that takes you from breakfast, through lunch, to a late afternoon snack. All food is prepared fresh and there is always a complete selection of ready-made treats.

Public Square

This brand-new dining location features a variety of pizza, deli sandwiches, paninis, beverages, snacks and grab and go meals. Also found here is a drink bar which offers fresh made smoothies, juices, coffee and other beverages.

Monday through Thursday

  • Public Square Coffee Bar - 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Quick Byte Café - 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Anselma Dining Room - 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Friday

  • Public Square Coffee Bar - 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Quick Byte Café - 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Anselma Dining Room - 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday

  • Public Square Coffee Bar - Closed (May open for special events)
  • Quick Byte Café - Closed
  • Anselma Dining Room - 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Breakfast will be served longer)
