What is Sustainable Seafood?

Sustainable seafood is seafood that is either caught or farmed in ways that consider the long-term vitality of harvested species and the well-being of the oceans. We will be serving up a delicious sustainable seafood dinner every Tuesday night in October. Make sure you stop by the American Kitchen in the Anselma Room and grab a plate.
