The end of the school year is quickly approaching, and with that comes finals week. Here at Lackmann we understand how stressful these final weeks of the semester can be. Below we comprised a list of  some of the top foods & snacks that can help you stay focused and stress free this year while preparing for finals. Eat your stress away!

Not only are oranges delicious and nutritious, but they can actually make you feel less anxious. According to WebMD, food and drink high in Vitamin C, such as oranges and orange juice, physiologically reduces stress by lowering levels of stress hormones, including cortisol.

Stay Sharp in thre Mornings! A complex carbohydrate, oatmeal causes your brain to produce serotonin, a feel-good chemical. Not only does serotonin have antioxidant properties, it also creates a soothing feeling that helps overcome stress.

Munching on crunchy foods helps beat stress. Nutrient - rich carrots and other fresh veggies offer satisfying crispness that won’t bog you down with too many calories.

Located in Kellenberg Hall, this brand new dining venue offers a complete salad bar, a deli serving made-to-order wraps, specialty omelets for breakfast, perfectly grilled burgers, and more. All food is prepared fresh and there is always a complete selection of ready-made treats.

  • Monday thru Thursday: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m.- 8 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Sunday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Quick Byte Café
