Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE)
These online workshops are designed for teachers seeking professional development, rather than working toward a degree. Each workshop fulfills 24 hours of Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) continuing education credit.

Test Preparation - SBL Certification
The School Building Leadership (SBL) Preparation Program at Molloy University is a three-week course designed to help aspiring school leaders succeed on the NYS SBL Certification Exam. The program includes nine asynchronous modules (3 weeks) using Canvas, covering governance, school law, instructional leadership, operations, community engagement, and equity, plus three live review sessions with mini-lessons and hands-on activities using Zoom. Participants will use case studies, guided readings, and practice questions to build the knowledge and confidence needed to lead their schools effectively.

Child Development Associate Program
The Child Development Associate is a person who has successfully complete CDA assessment and has been awarded the CDA Credential. S/he is able to meet the specific needs of children and works with parents and other adults to nurture children's physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth in a child development framework. Credentials are not awarded solely for the successful completion of the 120 hour course. CDA candidates are also required to have 480 hours of experience working with children within the past 5 years.
