International Student Admissions
International students must follow the regular freshman admissions procedure including the submission of secondary school and any previous college transcripts. Either Globe Language Services, Inc. or the World Evaluation Services must complete English evaluations of these transcripts. Evaluations from other agencies will not be accepted. For students whose native language is not English the TOEFL exam will be required, with a minimum score of 500. Molloy College has limited residential housing, however, students may contact the Office of Student Affairs for information regarding local private housing.
International students who will be applying for an I-20 (certificate of eligibility for F-1 status) must provide documentation of available funds and support. Affidavits providing evidence of funds for tuition, fees, books, housing and personal expenses are required. International students may contact the Office of Enrollment Management for a more detailed informational packet.
An I-20 will be issued after the student has been accepted and has confirmed his or her acceptance by forwarding the $200 tuition deposit. Additionally, all supporting financial documentation must be on file and approved by the Office of Enrollment Management. Molloy is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant, alien students.
