Many times, a career choice that was interesting at age 20 or 30, may not be as appealing later in life. If you find yourself in that position, then one of the free Molloy College career seminars may be just what you need to help find the right career path. Molloy College offers a series of career seminars in a variety of different professions. All career seminars are led by experienced professionals who offer real advice about career and academic paths and talk about both the satisfaction and challenges of their chosen careers. The career seminars are generally offered in the following areas:
Health Information Management (Medical Records)
Health Care Biller
Human Resources Management
Medical Coding Specialist
Real Estate Salesperson
All the career seminars will be offered at the Rockville Centre campus. The career seminars are one and a half hours long and are offered free of charge. The seminars are usually offered 2-3 times a year, in January, May and in September in the evening from 6-7:30 p.m. The formal presentation usually runs from 6-7 p.m. with a question and answer period from 7-7:30 p.m. Therefore, while it is permissible to enter the session after 6 p.m., it would be best to be there at 6 p.m.
