As a nuclear medicine technologist you will use chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer technology and medicine to aid doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Through our program, you will become proficient in imaging for nuclear medicine, including PET scans. Course study includes fundamentals in nuclear medicine technology, radiation physics and radiation safety and protection. We also offer a diverse nuclear medicine internship at one of 19 participating clinical facilities.
