Undeclared Advisement

Students entering Molloy University who do not declare a major are advised in the Student Solution Center. As an undeclared student, you will take general education courses as well as exploratory courses until you select a major that is just the right fit for you. You will be assigned a professional advisor in the Student Solution Center who will guide you on your academic journey. We will help you plan your courses and explore different majors at Molloy University. We know selecting a major is a big decision and we are here to help you every step of the way.

You will be supported both inside and outside of the classroom. Undeclared students will take First Year Studies as part of your first-year learning community. This will allow you to become better acclimated with your new University while learning more about majors and programs offered at Molloy. You will also meet one on one with your advisor for more in depth guidance and exploration.
