Ireland: March 9 - 17, 2012

The beauty of Ireland and its warm and friendly people make this program a winner. Study Ireland's history, its most famous writer James Joyce, its society, culture and music. You will walk in the path of Joyce when you explore Dublin, the city in which his work is staged. The city tour of Dublin includes Trinity College and the Book of Kells and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Then go into the countryside to discover the cities of Belfast, Donegal, Galway and Shannon. Visit the Giants Causeway, Donegal Castle, the Yeats memorial, the Cliffs of Moher and Bunratty Castle. The student artists that participate will have an exciting backdrop as they draw on location throughout the trip.
