Professor Mackenzie brings over twenty years of management experience to her academic role.  Her expertise lies in the areas of operations, training, TQM, marketing, and insurance residual markets. Before coming to Molloy College she served on the faculty of Dowling College for over 10 years within the Department of Leadership and Management. Prior to her career in academia, Maureen held the position of Regional Marketing Manager for Allstate Insurance Company's New York regional office. Maureen earned her Ph.D. at Long Island University and her areas of study are information and management behavior.

Additionally, she is a winner of the A.R. Zipf Fellowship in Information Management. Professor Mackenzie's publications cover areas such as Management, Human Resource Management, Trust in the Workplace, Business Graduate Education, Undergraduate General Education, Entrepreneurship, Change Management, and more. 
Also of note, Professor Mackenzie is the most recent Past President of the Northeast Business and Economics Association (NBEA).  She proudly serves on the NBEA board of directors.  

The 'Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business' program was launched in 2000 by LIBN.  The program recognizes Long Island's top women professionals for their business acumen, mentoring and community involvement. Recipients represent the most influential women in business, government and the not-for-profit fields. The program's honorees are selected by a judging committee and will be honored at an October event attended by more than 600 of the Island's top business leaders.

Stephen BierStephen Bier, M.B.A., C.P.A.

Dean and Professor Bier has been teaching accounting and other related business courses at Molloy on both the undergraduate and graduate level for the past 7 years. He is a member of the Molloy College Business Division's Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Molloy Professor Bier has over 30 years of business experience in investment banking with firms such as WestLB, Lehman Brothers, and Salomon Brothers. At WestLB he was the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the German bank's North American operations. At Lehman Brothers and Salomon Brothers he served as Managing Director and the firm's Corporate Controller. He also worked at the public accounting firm, Ernst and Young, where he earned his C.P.A. registration.

Dr. Daniel R. CillisDr. Daniel R. Cillis

Dr. Daniel R. Cillis joined our Business faculty in the spring, 2008. He teaches graduate courses in Leadership and Organizational Behavior and has received the graduate faculty recognition award at Molloy College. His corporate background includes positions at J.P. Morgan, International Paper Co., and Westvaco. Cillis holds a Ph.D. from NYU, an M.B.A. from St. John's and a B.B.A. from Baruch College. At LIU, he served as department chair, Fast Track MBA program director and AACSB curriculum committee chair. He was elected "Favorite Professor on Campus" at LIU. In addition, Dr. Cillis has taught at Pace University, Cornell University and the University of New Mexico. He has delivered business courses at  Verizon, the MTA, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and Morgan Stanley. He has published many management behavior articles, which have appeared in conference proceedings and journals. Paper presentations and workshops were delivered at the Academy of Management, Decision Sciences Institute, Case Association and the Institute of Behavioral and Applied Management.

In addition, he served as a U.S. Army Signal Corps NCO having held Top Secret security clearances.

This military experience has contributed his first novel, Statehood of Affairs, a political adventure set in New Mexico within an international conspiracy. The story has implications for today's southern border issues. The sequel, Water Damage will be published in the fall 2014. Born in New York, Dr. Cillis spends part of the year in New Mexico.

Brian Noll C.P.A.

Brian Noll earned his M.B.A. in Accounting from Molloy College and his B.S. in Accounting from Oneonta State. Brian is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.  

Brian is currently pursuing his Doctoral degree in Business at Pace University. Brian has in excess of twenty years of accounting and business experience. Prior to becoming a faculty member in the Division of Business, he served as the Assistant Treasurer of Molloy College and as Audit Manager for Figliozzi and Company, CPAs.
