In today's rapidly changing socio-economic world, those who stand still have little chance of getting ahead. At Long Island's Molloy College, our Division of Continuing Education and Professional Development is dedicated to providing flexible educational programming for the adult learner looking to advance their career, train for a new one or fulfill a passion for learning. At Molloy College, you can:

  • Pursue a new career path. We offer coursework that will enable you to start a new career as an addiction counselor, child care worker, fundraiser, floral designer, home inspector, interior decorator, medical assistant, medical coder, medical biller, medical transcriptionist, paralegal or real estate salesperson.
  • Improve job performance and build your resume. Our professional development courses, workshops and conferences in nursing, education, speech-language pathology, social work, music therapy, business management, human resources and financial planning help keep you current in your profession.
  • Broaden your horizons. Take courses for the pure and simple enjoyment of learning in such areas as languages, writing and Irish studies.
  • Find a course schedule that fits your schedule. Courses are scheduled days, evenings and weekends at our Rockville Centre campus or our Suffolk Center campus in East Farmingdale, as well as online.

Register online, anytime. At Molloy, we believe that registration should not be the hardest part of taking a class. So we make it easy to register online or by phone, fax, mail, or in-person. Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the week and from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

You may also want to attend one of our Information and Registration sessions. The Division of Continuing Education and Professional Development holds information and registration sessions twice a year - in September and in January. At these information and registration sessions, you will receive advice and guidance from our faculty, staff and administrators about the Molloy College continuing education programs and courses. The information and registration sessions are free and are held at the Rockville Centre campus, 1000 Hempstead Avenue, Rockville Centre, NY 11571.
