Attractions

New York City is located just about 40 minutes away by train and can be easily reached by the Long Island Railroad, from the Rockville Centre station. However, you don't have to travel to New York City to find things to do - Long Island offers plenty of attractions. There are museums, like the Cradle of Aviation Museum, located about 2 miles away and the Atlantis Marine World Aquarium, or check out the excellent wineries found on the East End.

You can cool off for the day at one of our many beaches, or at Splish Splash Water Park. Of course, there is always plenty of shopping to be done at one of our many indoor malls, or fashion outlets. If you are bringing children along, Adventureland Amusement Park is located about 13 miles away.
