Refund information
A student withdrawing from a course they are auditing will be granted a refund for tuition only if applicable, in accordance with the refund policy stated in the college catalog. If the status of a student changes at any time during the semester, the policy that relates to the current status of the student will be adhered to (i.e., students dropping from full-time to part-time status will be required to follow the policy of a part-time student).

Academic credit
At no time will academic credit be given for an audited course, however, the student may repeat the course for credit during another semester. Any change from audit status to credit status or vice versa, may be made up to the last day for program change. Consult the Academic Calendar for actual dates. Records of courses that have been audited are part of the student's academic record and appear with the academic coursework on the transcript. Transcripts will be issued upon written request and submission of appropriate fee. The grade of "AU" is assigned for audited courses.

Alumni lifetime scholarships
After receiving their degree, graduates may return as often as they choose, on a space-available basis, to audit courses in the level in which the degree was awarded. With the payment of all non-tuition fees, alumni are forever welcome at Molloy. Records of courses that have been audited will be retained and transcripts will be issued upon written request and submission of appropriate fee. At no time will academic credit be given for audited courses.
