Molloy College Science Fair 2013
This year, over 300 high school students will attend the 11th Annual Molloy College Science Fair on Friday, March 15. More than 225 projects will be presented in competition covering a broad spectrum of topics in the Life, Chemistry and Earth Sciences. A separate awards ceremony will be held in April.

From its inception, the Fair has provided a venue for 9th and 10th grade students to display their science prowess. The original Fair, with Ms. Grace Matzen serving as Coordinator, hosted 90 students and 60 projects. Now, the fair draws from both Long Island counties and nearly 40 different high schools.
Sponsored by Biology, Chemistry and Environmental Studies, the department continues to support and improve on this experience. Our success is clear. Students, learning from their Molloy Fair experience, have gone on to win at major international Fairs. Some are now enrolled at Molloy College.
Through all this, the goals of the Fair remain steadfast - to support and encourage ...the advancement of science and technology ...students of all ages and abilities ...our schools and communities to make them better places.
