Pope Francis' historic encyclical letter, "Laudato Si': On Care for our Common Home" calls on all Catholics and others to rethink humanity's relationship with the planet. On February 17, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Madison Theatre, Molloy College presents "Catholics, Capitalism and Climate" featuring keynote speaker Cardinal Peter Turkson, President of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace and primary contributor to the recent papal encyclical. Following the Cardinal's remarks, Fr. James Martin, SJ, editor-at-large of America magazine will moderate a panel including Meghan J. Clark, Ph.D., R.R. Reno, Editor of First Things magazine, and Erin Lothes, Ph.D.
